The main objective of this project is to enhance the visual identity and brand presence of Wouessi across various digital platforms and marketing materials. The Graphic Designer will be crucial in crafting visually compelling designs that resonate with our target audience and effectively communicate our brand message of digital innovation and leadership.


The candidate/participant is expected to solve/have the expected outcome on below deliverables:


  1. Create Captivating visual assets to elevate the Wouessi Brand image and effectively convey our mission.
  2. Come up with innovative/creative ideas to strengthen brand recognition and engagement.
  3. We seek innovators, so ideas are welcome to create an impact together.
Deliverables
  1. Collaborate with the marketing team to understand the brand guidance, target audience; communicate effectively with other team members to brainstorm ideas on new design concepts and initiatives.
  2. Design engaging graphics for digital and print materials for social media, websites, brochures, and presentations.
  3. Develop visually appealing illustrations, and icons that communicate technology-related concepts and digital innovation/solutions for Wouessi.
  4. Develop a comprehensive design roadmap outlining key deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
  5. Create mockups and prototypes for website and mobile app interfaces, ensuring user-friendly navigation and seamless user experience.
Mentorship
  1. Preparation of any relevant resources and assets in advance of the kickoff call
  2. A regular weekly check-in call
  3. Reasonably responsive throughout the collaboration to ensure progress is not blocked.
  4. Allow the learners to share the work they do for us in job search materials
  5. A collaborative work environment to openly share ideas and learn from each other's experiences.
