Root in Nature Inc. is looking for creative, driven students to help expand the reach of its Therapeutic Horticulture Team Training Program—an innovative initiative that helps organizations use nature to enhance well-being and teamwork.


This hands-on project will give you the opportunity to:

Deliverables

As part of this project, students will contribute to real-world marketing efforts by creating key assets that help expand the reach of Root in Nature’s Therapeutic Horticulture Team Training Program. The deliverables include:


1️⃣ Target Market Research & Contact Lists

📌 Comprehensive lists of potential clients, including organizations and industries that would benefit from the program.

📌 Categorization by industry, location, and relevance to ensure targeted outreach.

2️⃣ Key Messaging Development

📌 Creation of a strategic messaging guide that highlights the program’s unique benefits.

📌 Custom messaging for different audiences, ensuring relevance and impact.

3️⃣ Engaging Marketing Materials

📌 Three email sequences designed to nurture and convert leads, including:

  • Awareness email (introducing the program)
  • Engagement email (showcasing benefits & success stories)
  • Conversion email (driving action & sign-ups)

📌 Five social media posts tailored to different platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.), focusing on:

  • Educational content on the benefits of Therapeutic Horticulture.
  • Success stories/testimonials to build credibility.
  • Engagement-driven posts (polls, interactive content, behind-the-scenes insights).

The Final Impact

By the end of the project, students will have gained practical experience in market research, content strategy, and digital marketing—all while contributing to a meaningful initiative that promotes well-being through nature.
