PROJECT DESCRIPTION: As a young start-up we are looking for assistance from intrapreneurs to validate our business assumptions around value proposition, target customer, and impacts through secondary research and customer interviews. This will help us to achieve important business milestones and to refine our business model. The intrapreneurs will search online from relevant sources (literature, industry associations, company websites, annual reports,...) for answers to specific questions, collect, and analyze their findings. Relevant information can be extracted and used for social media posts and newsletter content. They will also communicate with candidates for customer discovery interviews and assist in the execution of these interviews by minute taking. Fibrilex is envisioning a world where we source our raw materials more sustainably and with the least impact to the environment and future generations. We are working towards providing alternative sand sources to the construction industry to mitigate global sand shortages brought about by overexploitation. We care about sustainability, circular economy and gender equality. As a female-founded and led B2B company, we know firsthand what it means to be an underrepresented group in almost every meeting. Project Description: In this project, students will have the opportunity to: 1. Understand Agile and Scrum: Students will research and understand Agile and Scrum methodologies, which are widely used in the software development industry. They will apply these methodologies to the development process, gaining practical experience in agile project management. 2. Develop Workflows: Students will create development workflows that ensure a systematic and organized approach to website development. This includes planning, design, implementation, testing, and deployment phases. 3. Comprehensive Documentation: Students will be responsible for creating comprehensive documentation that outlines the project's goals, scope, requirements, and development process. Clear and detailed documentation is essential for future reference and knowledge transfer. 4. Testing and Quality Assurance: Quality control is a crucial aspect of software development. Students will test their work rigorously, identify and resolve any bugs or issues, and ensure that the website functions smoothly across different devices and browsers. 5. Real-world Problem Solving: The project will present students with real-world challenges that they will need to solve creatively.
