Product Launch Go-To-Market Strategy
We want to expand our product offering with a digital offering. We need insights to help anticipate the ramp-up to commercialization and the best approach to go to market successfully with our new product. Initial questions to brainstorm include, but are not limited to: 1. Where is the best place to launch for early success (e.g. digital social media platforms)? What is the total market size for this opportunity? 2. Who are our closest competitors, and how do we differentiate ourselves? 3. How do we establish our brand: Build awareness, acquire customers, and defend any early success? 4. How do we design our product development roadmap to move from a 3rd-party "membership site" to our own digital platform? We are looking to gain alternative perspectives on potential marketing tactics and better understand the current competitive market.
Customer Journey Mapping (LevelUp Part 2)
This project is designed to be a continuation of a prior project though new students are welcome to apply. We are a startup working to fine-tune our customer journey experience and digital marketing messaging process that supports it. Specifically, this project involves defining our Digital Marketing "Funnel" and refining our internal documentation (to create content) to support this strategy. Part 1 of this project involved creating a lead magnet (an email sequence with supplemental assets, such as printable PDFs) and programming it into MailChimp. For Part 2 , we would like help in updating our customer journey map and web pages (template designs) to support the remainder of the client's journey (both pre- and post-lead magnet opt-in). This will involve several different steps for the student, including: Conducting background research on customer journey mapping, our products, and customers. Analyzing customer responses from surveys and interviews. Defining the phases and touchpoints of the purchasing process. Incorporating user actions, emotions, goals, and pain points in the customer journey map. Proposing solutions to minimize pain points while meeting business goals. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Developing multiple customer journey maps to account for different experiences and paths. Reviewing and updating our internal documentation to support our work in implementing these customer journey maps
Brand Identity - UX for Web App & Site and Blog Writing (LevelUP Part 2)
This project is designed to be a continuation of a prior project though new students are welcome to apply. LIOHAN is an early-stage technology company focused on providing interactive "EduTainment" for families with young children to experience together. We are a social enterprise and part of our mission is to address the problem of "disconnect" experienced by many parents and their young children in today's modern, digitally distracted world. We have a prototype web app with a limited number of beta-test users and require some UX research and UI mockups for new and some existing pages. Relatedly, we require templates for some web pages that lead into our web app. This project will also include blog research and copywriting for these same web pages.

This project is designed to be a continuation of a prior project though new students are welcome to apply. We are a startup working to fine tune our digital marketing messaging and content creation process. Specifically, this project involves defining our Digital Marketing "Funnel", researching and writing Blog/email copy for prospective clients, and refining and defining our internal processes to create content to support this strategy. That is, given the lessons learned during prior phases of this project, this project is focused on systematizing our digital marketing process. Skills required include: Copywriting Marketing communications strategy Ability to use various online software tools such as MarketMuse, MailChimp, MissingLettr, Databox, Canva (we will provide access to our accounts) We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, sales and brand collateral, and more.

This project is designed as a continuation of a summer project; however, new students are welcome to apply. Our startup needs some branding and graphic design help! We are looking for help to amplify what makes us unique and design graphics for our app, social media, and website. Specifically, we have a brand book and would like to extend this to include additional social media platforms such as LinkedIn and Tik Tok. Skills required include: Using tools like Adobe Suite, Canva to design graphical elements for our marketing collateral and app Creating visual aspects of marketing materials, website, social media, video, and other media, including infographics and pdfs Putting together disparate elements of a design, such as the icons, photographs, and other components necessary for a website and/or digital product design We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, sales and brand collateral, and more.

This project is designed to be a continuation of a prior summer project though new students are welcome to apply. Our startup needs help creating and prescheduling our social media & blog posts for this fall! Building upon our strategy to spread brand awareness through high-quality content, this project work will include creating unique content for our website (and web app) and social media posts based on these assets. Skills required include: Copywriting Proficiency using graphic design tools such as Canva Light research to add to our content Proficiency using online collaboration tools such as Confluence, Trello, Google Suite, etc. (we will provide access). UX Analysis & Design for Web App and Web Site (for AHF VCA Program)
This is a 20-hour (per student) project to give students an opportunity to practice and up-skill UX and Digital Marketing knowledge and skills. UI/UX for Web App | Design and if possible, software development
We are preparing to launch our beta web app this Feb/March and you can see it here (free to sign up and use, still in alpha-testing phase): https://app.liohan.space . The goal of this web app (digital platform) is to deliver high-quality engaging multimedia content , combined with some gentle gamification techniques, to empower people to move from mobile screens to direct engagement with each other in the physical real world . The multimedia content is related to different "activity prompts" that give families guidance on fun, novel ways to spend time together. Skills/experience this project will cover include: collaborating and creating with a passionate founder and team of multi-disciplinary people using human-centered design methods to mock-up prototype (app) screens either to improve upon or create new features give recommendations on changes we can make to our website https://liohan.space to give a seamless experience with our app leveraging and analyzing user data/feedback to suggest improvements to our existing UI/UX if possible/desired, implementing app changes via the rapid app building platform : https://bubble.io and making modifications to our WordPress website We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, sales and brand collateral, existing UI mockups in Adobe XD, etc. Specific deliverables: For our App Review and give recommendations for improvement on our existing app's UI/UX Mock-up and design user flows for new features to deliver on specific benefits as expressed by our client base, as we decide upon from research of other apps on the market, as we innovate ourselves, etc. Test and provide feedback on our app's ability to deliver quality user experiences If desired/as time permits, help us implement some of these newly designed features using bubble.io as stated above. For our Website Review and give recommendations for improvement on our existing website's UI/UX to make it consistent with our app and our brand (not just look and feel but also on our "promise") We have many ideas, rough sketches, mock-ups, and samples of the experiences we want to create and look forward to working with you, to see what is possible to be created in an 80-hour project.
