I am Professor at DeGroote School of Business, McMaster University. I specialize in the design and development of information systems in support of business process effectiveness and efficiency. My research and consulting include knowledge management, business application of artificial intelligence, decision support system modeling and assessment, business process design through information technology, change management, human-computer interaction, and intelligent agents in support of e-business. I have published over 100 scientific articles, one textbook, three monographs, and three software packages. I have a diverse corporate teaching experience, industrial research and consulting in Canada, U.S.A., South-East Asia, Europe, and Middle East.
