Over the years, I have played several roles in my equestrian company and other schools and hockey organizations. My ability to communicate, listen in a structured way and exchange are at the heart of my actions. A sense of responsibility, diplomacy and respect are the strengths with which I have built my career in 2 high-level sports.
As for my creativity, hard work and a taste for the challenge, they allowed me to accomplish great achievements that many thought impossible, all as innovative as each other.I am a leader who likes to motivate and stimulate the people I work with. That’s why my skills in recruitment have allowed me to create winning teams. My fame has been built over time with young people and parents I had the honor of meeting and for whom I advise on a player placement has become essential. Recruitment is critical to the success of a hockey program.

Development of a Players Play book and Create a Profile Portal Hockey Coaching
From his experience, he noticed that little strong documentation in sports teaching is present. This present project is divided into 2 parts: hockey and timing 1— Hockey level: From the notebooks and documents in place. It would be —Update and collate this data and create a hockey player development playbook —Update and collect this data and create a placement book in American Prep Schools —With the help of a computer programmer, to create a portal, managed by Dany Faucher, which will create a private and confidential profile per player and which will allow Dany to track the placement of individual players over time, but also exchange individually and easily with them Also, having an Alumni access and where the Alumni could enter manually, by adding multiple Excel and thus create a directory to keep in touch and that young players can contact to know their feedbacks about their experience
Website and Social Medias to develop and link. A lot of room to create!
We would like to improve my website and my social medias. I have them on 1 same platform like "Heropost" for the promotion and doing posts Publish and promote my achievements, my skills and all my experiences prominently displayed on my website and my social media. This in order to be able to make myself well seen and to be recruited by excellent organizations. My website built with with Kreezee and I have also Google Business and Social Media like : Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and etc. We would like to work with students to improve those entire solutions for me.
Develop our software - Make it more competitive & follow upcoming trends in '22
We develop our own Timing software in collaboration of great programer like CodeBoxx. We will like to bring it at an upper level and sync it with different features (LED board, ingate application, livestream application, lower 3rd, security, office software, networking...) we have and projects we develop to make us innovative in the market. It's build in C-Sharp and framework. A lot of support and the students will have plenty room to be creative and bring is own touch.
