Apprise Psychology is currently working on the production of software that will drastically change the intake process with clients. Psychology Website Software Development
We want to explore new ways of interacting with customers through our website. We would like to collaborate with students to create software that interacts with customers. The software will be incorporated onto our website. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our companyβs target market, brand guidelines, and products and services. Familiarizing themselves with front-end/back-end software/website development. Understanding how personalization of software for each client can create a more user-friendly experience. Collaborating with front-end/back-end team members. Deliberating on next steps in software development process. Attending weekly meetings via zoom. Providing student email to chat and collaborate via Microsoft Teams.
Customer Engagement Emails
We hope to revamp our email marketing to increase engagement with our existing customers. We would like to collaborate with students to create new email campaigns. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Familiarizing themselves with our target market, products and services. Recommending new email campaigns and drafting emails. Considering the subject line, clarity, tone, and length of our emails. Recommending a frequency for our marketing emails. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Recommending email marketing tools.
Website Development
We hope to update and revamp our existing website to attract more customers. We would like to work with students to edit our current website to ensure that it is easy to navigate while also providing an appealing interface for users. This can be achieved through the platform we utilize- Wix. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Researching different site-building tools and their associated advantages / disadvantages. Conducting a needs analysis to determine which platform is most suitable. Building a website, with our assistance in providing the content. Providing training on updating and maintaining the website. Bonus steps in the process would also include: Testing prototypes with customers and refining ideas with feedback.
