Post secondary students completing their Post Baccalaureate Program in Business Management. Students have a diverse background of prior employment experiences. Courses which students have completed in the course include Marketing, Strategic Management, Accounting, Human Resources/Organizational Behavior, and Finance.

This semester a group of students will spend 100 hours per Project Team analyzing an organizational challenge of your choice and assist you by developing a strategy to help you address your challenge. Based on information you provide, each team will deliver an action plan that incorporates your unique circumstances and outlines a path to more efficient and effective operations. The majority of the students in the Post Baccalaureate Capstone Course are International Students with a variety of undergraduate degrees and employment experience.
