Assisted international students by identifying needs and referring them to campus resources for finance, academics, and health. Promoted programs and services, facilitated mentorship conversations, and guided students through university processes. Helped plan and implement initiatives and events, developed engaging website and social media content, and collaborated with campus partners on mentorship programs. Collected program data, drafted reports, and performed administrative duties as needed.

Supported students, staff, faculty, and the public by addressing general inquiries and assisting with various administrative tasks. Responsibilities included writing, editing, and formatting documents; maintaining information in spreadsheets and databases; preparing promotional materials; updating contact lists; organizing departmental meetings; and coordinating bulk mailings. Additionally, assisted with the completion of various financial forms, filing and faxing.
