Was great to work with you and I really appreciated how you went above and beyond for the project and YourBeat. Mo had multiple issue with his group from people not connecting to others leaving the group leaving him nearly by himself during the entire project. Rather than giving up he worked hard putting in long hours to meet the requirements of 80 while still staying in the limits of 10 hours a day. He made many attempts at the project in various ways connecting with others in a variety of ways to succeed at a task that I am and was fully aware was a difficult task to start with. He never wavered and came out at the end with a great report for the CEO and good reviews both from colleagues as well as from team leads. If you need a coder that will work his hardest from beginning to end even if the task is crazy difficult and the end is not the finished program but rather information on many ways to not do it with some great ideas on how to continue to tackle the goal this gentleman is your coder. I have nothing negative to say about him. Very professional with many great character traits.
