InnScience Labs Inc. seeks to enhance the user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) of its key products: Dashboard, DataScope, and TechLink. These products are integral to the company's offerings, providing users with critical data visualization and interaction capabilities. The current interfaces, while functional, have room for improvement in terms of user flow, intuitiveness, and aesthetic appeal. The goal of this project is to conduct a comprehensive review of the existing UX/UI workflows and propose refinements that align with modern design principles and enhance user satisfaction. The project will involve analyzing user feedback, identifying pain points, and suggesting actionable improvements. By applying classroom knowledge of UX/UI design principles, learners will contribute to creating a more seamless and engaging user experience for InnScience Labs' clients.

Science and Engineering R&D curation

Positions available: 5 InnScience is a platform for R&D collaboration that connects industries with researchers and other stakeholders. Our organization needs to curate information of R&D projects that meet our criteria to engage and present our services. Our main industries are: Mining, Agriculture, Environment, Health, and Energy The categories we are focusing our work are Mining, Agriculture, Energy, and Environment. We are currently enabling international connections in these sectors and we would like different professionals from Natural Science and Enginering to help us connecting the industry with the academia as well as to curate the data of our categories, identify the most relevant projects of technologies with a prototype that could address the needs of the industry and to talk to the researchers.

Working with students, we want to overhaul our hiring practices and implement structures best practices. Students should be prepared to: Evaluate our current recruitment and selection procedures. Develop hiring systems and processes, based on best practices and our organizational needs. Consider the use of psychometric tests, assessment exercises, and standardized interview practices. Present a revised hiring methodology for our organization to adopt, with references
