Vlog-Style Videography and Editing for YouTube

In recent months, focus has been put on bolstering the business YouTube page, with a planned addition of vlog-style videos. Tasks may involve: Brainstorming various ideas for the video structure and content, and creating a storyboard for what the video will look like. Communicating with the team with regards to video startegy Filming and editing the final videos. In-person filming will require following around a team member for a handful of days, to capture content suitable for multiple videos.

Appointment Setter (Sales)

Our company is hoping to improve our sales process to improve our ROI and overall operations. In this project, students will be responsible for navigating a list of warm and hot leads, with the goal of booking them calls with our sales representatives. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: Looking at lead history, if applicable Phoning/texting/emailing leads Setting appointments in calendly

Create and Improve Digital Workspace 2.0

Further expanding optimizing, and organizing of our digital workspace (Notion, Slack, Calendly) We would ultimately like to have one central hub in Notion, with integrations to Slack, Calendly, Email, etc. One central place where the team can exist and communicate, share files, and collaborate. Requiring automation integrations with Zapier to streamline fulfilment process and tracking of online sales.

Shopify + Tracking Optimization

The goal of this project is to optimize our company's website, hosted through Shopify. The speed of the site is slow, likely because of excess code left in the store from deleted apps - so a basic understanding of JavaScript will be required. The student will be required to go into the coding of the website, find residual, useless code that is slowing down the site and remove it, as well as optimizing existing processes.
