Training Module Development- Selfcare & Wellness For Corporate Clients

Our company provides selfcare and wellness training for employees of corporate organizations, so they are up-to-date on health and wellness standards. We would like to collaborate with students to create our pilot training program. Tasks may involve: Familiarizing themselves with the training objectives, templates, and implementations. Conducting research on corporate training programs of other organizations. Analyzing data from interviews and surveys regarding wellness training in the workplace. Identifying topics of future training such as those related to new employee training, selfcare, health and wellness. Identify wellness training trends in the workplace and incorporate it in the training.

Ultimately, you will be working on content creation for our organization, including graphic, social media, and other collateral that we can use as go-to marketing tools. We are a natural skincare start up and have just launched our first line of products. We are seeking support to generate customer leads within Canada and the US. You are the first step in the sales process. Your role will be to: Develop lead/demand generation strategies using both traditional and modern marketing platforms and avenues like LinkedIn, public library and google research Identify potential customers based on these strategies Effectively communicates and presents leads to leadership team Identify B2B sales opportunities and lead.
