Online Training Course Design for CRAFTS Childcare Software
The main objective of this project is to develop a comprehensive online training plan for CRAFTS childcare software that equips custom staff with the essential skills and knowledge needed for effective day-to-day operations prior to using the software. This training will ensure that staff are prepared to utilize the software to enhance childcare management, improve communication with parents, and maintain compliance with industry standards. Tasks and Activities: Content Development: Create foundational training modules that cover essential topics for custom staff, including: Overview of childcare management processes Introduction to key features of CRAFTS software Best practices for child enrollment and management Understanding attendance tracking and its importance Basics of billing and invoicing procedures Effective communication strategies with parents Platform Research: Investigate various online training platforms to identify the best fit for hosting the course, considering factors such as user-friendliness, accessibility, and integration capabilities with CRAFTS software. Course Design: Design an engaging and interactive course structure that includes a mix of instructional methods (e.g., videos, quizzes, hands-on exercises) tailored for custom staff. Create a timeline for course delivery, including milestones for content completion and assessments. Pilot Testing: Implement a pilot version of the training course with a small group of custom staff to gather feedback on content effectiveness and user experience. Make necessary adjustments based on pilot feedback to enhance the training program.

Foster Care Business Management App
The goal of this project is to create a working and fully functional C# MVC multi-tenanted code-first based app to manage Foster Care businesses. The app should use one code base and have multiple Azure SQL databases with a catalog database to map what client URL routes to what database. The app should authenticate using Azure AD (Entra ID) as its authentication source. UI should be Angular and developed as a PWA.

Our organization is looking for a team of 5 marketing students to make a team to create a go-to-market strategy to bring our product further across Canada and to the US. The primary focus for the students will be: Branding - Conduct a full competitive landscape assessment; define our product's brand and core value proposition; identify opportunities and threats facing our brand; assess where and how to improve our brand's presence and differentiate from our competitors. Marketing Communications - Recommend changes to advertising and PR materials; create an integrated marketing campaign; create a rebranding campaign. Market Research - Investigate our competitive landscape; perform market segmentation to identify our ideal target market; conduct customer surveys or focus groups to gain insights into the perceptions and behaviours of our target customers; verify our pricing strategy is correct and in-line with the market; identify expansion opportunities; identify key messaging for CRAFTS. Public Relations - Develop and implement a PR strategy; create collateral, including press releases, user testimonials, case studies, and customer stories. Prospecting Strategy - Make recommendations for further market penetration; assess our current outreach process and develop and implement targeted prospecting; review our prospect messaging, make improvement recommendations, and create new outreach content. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - Develop and implement an SEO strategy; provide content suggestions and recommendations to increase search visibility; increase our inbound traffic and optimize the customer journey; increase inbound leads. Strategic Social Media Marketing - Conduct an audit of our current social media presence and/or other current communication channel(s); develop and implement strategies for improving our online presence and increasing engagement; create a content calendar; creating useable social media and blog posts. Mainstream Media - Investigate mainstream media channels (ie. low-cost magazine articles, news outlets, online media channels) that can maximize product exposure and create a sales funnel. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Branding and Marketing Communications - For the student(s) to help us improve our brand's presence and capture greater market share specially in Canada. Market Research - For the student(s) to help us gain a better understanding of our target market and ensure we are optimally positioned and our product and pricing aligns with our target sector/customer specifically in the US. Public Relations - For the student(s) to help us effectively communicate our brand's story and mission to a broad audience. Prospecting Strategy - For the student(s) to help us implement better prospecting that increases conversion rates and boost our sales team's performance. We have the contact information already, we need an effect approach to close opportunities. SEO Strategy & Recommendations - For the student(s) to help us generate more traffic and revenue through search engines. Strategic Social Media Marketing - For the student(s) to help us improve our online presence, reach more customers, and effectively promote our brand through compelling content on Facebook, Instagram, and Tiktok. Other duties the student may complete could include : Assist with outbound email marketing campaigns as needed; measure and report on performance of these campaigns using tools such as (indicate tools used, eg. SendinBlue, Microsoft CRM, Excel) Content development, including videos, social posts, blog posts, LinkedIn articles, and website copy. Social Media Campaign for Childcare Management App
The main goal for the project is to create and execute social media campaigns to promote the childcare management app developed by Infostructure Technology Inc. The app aims to streamline childcare management for parents and childcare providers, and the goal of the social media campaigns is to increase app downloads and user engagement. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the target audience and their social media behavior. - Creating engaging and informative content for social media posts. - Developing a social media content calendar. - Implementing paid advertising strategies on social media platforms. - Analyzing campaign performance and making adjustments as needed.
