Brand Identity and Graphic Design

Our organization needs some branding and graphic design help! We are looking for teams that can help amplify what makes us unique and create better messaging for our brand. We're looking for individuals to create unique graphics that portray people with disabilities positively and empowers them through representation in our graphics and promotional materials. This would include identifying areas of improvement and developing a plan for better promotion and brand awareness. This project may combine research, data analysis, graphic design w/ Sketch or Adobe XD, prototyping, one-page creations and more! We believe this project will require: Research to define our unique brand position and create consistent promotional messaging Logo and/or Name Proposal that highlights brand awareness and brand positioning A branding guide Using tools like <insert programs/tools here> to design prototypes that can be implemented into our marketing collateral We will give you access to organizational assets to support this project such as personnel, website analytics, sales and brand collateral, and more. We can also suggest names of competitors and comparators to research.

Proposal of social enterprise for a non-profit

Positions available: One individual student Due to COVID19, we are no longer able to run in-person fundraising events. We would like support around researching ways we can diversify our funds to keep our programs running. We have serve individuals with disabilities, including developmental disabilities, we are eager to explore opportunities related to setting up a social enterprise that not only expands the organization's financial independency, but can also involve our clients by providing them with an opportunity to learn new skills and have ownership on the project too. Student should provide a report and/or an oral + visual presentation (via PowerPoint) outlining key findings and actionable recommendations to the company consisting of: Overview of Problem/Opportunity Summary of Research Findings Key Background and Insights Recommendations ( ex: suggest 3 detailed opportunities/directions we should take) Action Plan The project and presentation should take 80hrs in total for 1 student to complete.

Training Module Development for ZOOM

Positions available: 1 We want to be known as an organization that values the development of our people and maximizes service delivery to individuals with disabilities. COVID-19 has shifted the way we provide services from in-person to virtual delivery. DEEN wants to support staff by increasing their competency and comfort in utilizing online tools, particularly ZOOM platform. To assist us in this goal, we would like to collaborate with students to design a training around how to use and maximize ZOOM as a tool for service delivery. The outcome would be to compile a training/handbook/presentation to use as a reference for current and new staff when assigned to lead a ZOOM event. The training outcome is to cover the following topics: Areas of particular interest to us include: - What are different zoom features in settings - Things need to be done with zoom app - Things that can be done on the web - How to download recordings - Best way to edit a zoom recording - How to delete recordings - What are the accessibility shortcuts for individuals who are visually impaired - What are different ways of scheduling meetings, recurring meeting - What are the different ways to ensure ZOOM events are accessible for people who are blind, deaf, hard of hearing, or have other accessibility needs? - What's an effective way of embedding transcribing into events? - How to set up registration forms, how to obtain registration lists - Checklist for setting up Meeting -Checklist for setting up Webinar - Checklist for setting up Events - How to set up a poll - How to set up a webinar - The different features available in a webinar vs. meeting set up
