Video Recording - App Design & Implementation

GUARDIAN App is designed to assist drivers during police traffic interactions. We use real-time video recording and chat function with the driver during the traffic interaction, allowing the driver to understand their rights and how to safely conduct themselves during a traffic stop. The recording is stored for the driver for legal purposes. We would like students to focus on: Design and build the hardware for real-time video/audio recording from multiple cameras in a driver's vehicle. Write the necessary code to support the hardware for it to interface with the mobile app and upload the videos to the servers.
