My experience with Sofvie Inc. throughout this internship has been exceptional. Sofive has created an interesting product and everyone I engaged with on the Sofvie team was accommodating and professional. Our team was give the space to explore more deeply subjects that we had covered over the course of our bootcamp through our assignment, and Dan and Edwin always had relevant inquiries and supportive feedback in each of our meetings with them. The importance of vital experiences I have gained so far in building my capacity as a data scientist cannot be overemphasized. The project provided me an opportunity to understand communication between the back-end data processing and the front-end visualization components of implementing the Python Flask API integration. In addition, I gained insights on how to Conduct thorough testing and debugging of the application to ensure its functionality and resolving potential issues. Finally, the employer and stakeholder engagement was awesome. Being in constant collaboration and guiding us on best practices to achieve project goal and building our capacity on industrial-based requirements.

I had a fun time working with the employer. The manager was nice and the project itself was fun to work on.

Excellent communication and fair expectations of the team members. Clear directions and great feedback/response time on any questions about the project. I had no issues in finding the documentation I needed or the GUI designs I was searching for. Project deliverable was incredibly clear from the very start and the weekly check-in meetings provided a great point of contact with the manager for updates and questions.

Dan and Rob were very professional to work with. Requirements were clear, questions were timely answered and overall it was a great learning opportunity.
