New Employee Training Development

Our company is looking to improve our new employee onboarding. Ideally, an online course, or manual, will introduce employees to their new roles, take employees through all start-up resources, and provide standardized feedback and data about employee progress. We would like to provide the right content to new employees to ensure their success as well as standardize our onboarding process.

Performance Management Systems

As our organization continues to grow, it is important for us to stay up to date with our tools and processes for employee and organizational performance management. We have a desire to focus specifically on performance evaluation tools. The goal is for this tool to be interactive, user-friendly and relevant to our staff to assist with adoption and strategic tools to move the organization forward. We want to use this opportunity to create a preliminary design and redesign of these tools to ensure targets, goals and performance targets are being documented and called upon. Software / Application / Web Development

We would like to develop software and applications to automate processes and support our staff and clients, and develop our current website. We would like to work with students to develop software and mobile applications, and add and change the website.

Occupational Health & Safety Program Development

Our organization is looking to solidify its Occupational Health & Safety program. The goal of this project is to expand and formalize H&S programming, contributing to the development a safety culture.
