These students are at the forefront of the future of the tourism industry and the impacts a pandemic has brought to all stakeholders. The course will focus on the impact and contributions to the economy by the tourism industry and what strategies can be implemented and executed in a world post-COVID. Students from this course have the business skills and acumen to work in a wide range of areas within this multifaceted industry. Among these areas will be front desk management, housekeeping operations, food and beverage management, and human resources planning.

This course examines concepts and practical approaches successful companies use to integrate CSR strategies with the needs of business and how they evolve their strategies as needs change. This project will provide students with the opportunity to demonstrate skills discovered within industry and present the benefits to sustainability as practiced within the business researched.
