New Hire Onboarding - Research Project

Conduct research on best practices around new hire onboarding and key trends that companies similar to Plus Company are doing. The output of this project would be a list of 5-10 key recommendations to enhance Plus Company's onboarding experience and process. The intern can identify one project that they can complete within their internship.
