Human Creativity & Neuroscience Research Project

Number of individual positions available: up to 5We are a business and personal performance consulting and coaching firm that works with CEO's, executives, entrepreneurs, business owners and professionals.This project will entail researching the scientific and psychological elements of getting creativity. This is a state of optimal thinking, creativity, innovation and problem solving. Essentially, it's the ability for the average person to have amazing insight and intuition. Going from average to Einstein like thinking.We are able to take on up to 5 students.Students will be researching and compiling strategies for individuals to have optimal thinking and creativity levels using sounds scientific and psychological principles. They'll also be answering questions such as: how does a person get into this state? How long can a person stay in the state? What elements are required to optimize the state?The research must be sound and from credible sources. The end product is a "how to" guide for getting into a state of creativity. The purpose is to provide managers and individuals with a guide to optimize personal performance in the workplace, personal hobbies and for problem solving.The students will surely learn how to optimize their own performance along the way.

Reporting to the CEO, you will design and develop marketing collateral to support the launch of Caddie Health’s billing solution. Specifically, you will create collateral to support the future sales team in the form of “battle cards” - details on competitors and how we will position and win business in competitive scenarios. Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1-3 marketing students.The primary focus for the student will be: Customer Engagement - Put yourself in the position of a prospective customer and experience the Dimples brand from all angles and platforms. Examine and critique the website, social media platforms, advertising, and automated email workflows. Identify opportunities for greater customer engagement and increased conversion. Implement improvements.Our goal at the end of this experience is: Customer Engagement & Increased Conversion - For the student(s) to communicate improvements for all customer touchpoints: website, social media, advertising, inbound marketing (lead capture forms), automated email workflows, that will increase visitor engagement and convert visitors to customers.
