I am Co-founder of Dimples Personalized Jewelry. Dimples is where fashion meets sentiment. We help people capture life's special moments and keep loved ones close with jewelry they customize with fingerprints, hand & footprints, handwriting, drawings, and pet paw prints. We also specialize in custom design and jewelry remodelling. While all of our jewelry is handcrafted with care in the GTA, Dimples is e-commerce based and sells and ships globally.

Digital Content Creation

The primary focus for the student will be: To create and syndicate Rich Content that is aligned with our vision, mission, and sector. The content will be based on keyword reseach and is intended for SEO to increase organic traffic to our site and engage ideal customers. We will provide a list of topics and keywords for the student to work from. Exceptional copywriting skills are needed. Video creation and editing skills are also an asset. Our goal at the end of this experience is: That the student(s) will have employed excellent copywriting skills to create: a bank of blogs and articles that are keyword rich and optimized for voice search a bank of social media posts a content calendar identified methods of syndicating content content in the form of infographics, video content, e-books, slide shows, newsletters, polls/surveys

Customer Engagement for E-commerce Jewelry Brand

Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1-3 marketing students. The primary focus for the student will be: Customer Engagement - Put yourself in the position of a prospective customer and experience the Dimples brand from all angles and platforms. Examine and critique the website, social media platforms, advertising, and automated email workflows. Identify opportunities for greater customer engagement and increased conversion. Implement improvements. Our goal at the end of this experience is: Customer Engagement & Increased Conversion - For the student(s) to communicate improvements for all customer touchpoints: website, social media, advertising, inbound marketing (lead capture forms), automated email workflows, that will increase visitor engagement and convert visitors to customers. The student(s) will also implement some of these improvements by creating content such as improved automated marketing workflows. Other duties the student may complete could include : Assist with outbound email marketing campaigns as needed; analyse and report on campaign performance (using Omnisend). Measure and report on visitor traffic using Google Analytics. Measure and report social media performance using platform tools (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube). Possibly create content (including social posts, blog posts, and website copy). We will plan to communicate with our virtual intern(s) using these communication tools: Riipen messaging, email, virtual meets via Zoom or Google Meet or Microsoft Team, phone. Public Relations for E-commerce Jewelry Brand

Our organization is able to offer a virtual internship opportunity for 1 marketing students or teams. The primary focus for the student will be: Public Relations - Develop and implement a PR strategy; create collateral, including press releases, user testimonials, case studies, and customer stories. First, familiarize yourself with the Dimples brand of personalized and custom jewelry. Then, research and identify the best media outlets, publications, podcasts etc. to reach the ideal Dimples customer. Create a list of editors with contact information to whom you will reach out to with the purpose of gaining media coverage for the Dimples brand. Employing excellent copywriting skills, create a media kit tailored to each outlet, publication and editor. Create a calendar for PR outreach. Communicate with identified contacts using the media kit you created. Student(s) should be familiar with using Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar. Our goal at the end of this experience is: For the student to create a list, including contact information, of ideal media outlets, publications, and editors to reach out to with the aim of gaining media coverage for the Dimples brand of personalized jewelry. For the student to create a complete Media Kit tailored to each outlet/editor. For the student to create a calendar for PR outreach. For the student to initiate communications with outlets/editors. Other duties the student may complete could include : Copywriting and content development using Google Docs, Google Sheets, Canva. Possibly video creation/editing for the media kit.
