WOW!! Eric stood out from the very start, showing initiative in absolutely everything he did, laying out plans, Ideas, and suggestions from the very first step to beyond the last step. Eric was universally chosen by his team mates (not by my demand but definitely by my approval) to be lead. Several times by multiple members of his team I was approached both in private and in public meetings to request that Eric be made Team Lead, simple because he already was leading already. I completely agreed with the team's judgement and after asking Eric informally promoted him to team lead. He excels at communication, cooperation, organization, AND coding ability as well. He was a natural choice to be lead and I hope he stays with YourBeat. If/when he moves on he will be definitely given a glowing review and reference from me.
