The goal of this project is to create a product management system for IMU Studios Inc. that will help the company manage its product development and other related data. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Analyzing the company's existing plans and creating a database to store the data. - Developing a product management system that allows the company to track tasks and other related data. - Optimizing the system for performance and assessing areas for improvement. - Researching other variables that can improve the product management system. - Accounting for additional variables in the system. - Testing the developed system and making improvements based on additional data.
IMU Studios Inc. Competitive Landscape Analysis
PROJECT DETAILS The goal of this project is to build a competitive landscape for IMU Studios Inc. and provide an analysis of the competitors. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Researching the video game industry and IMU Studios Inc.’s competitors. - Analyzing the strengths and weaknesses of each competitor. - Identifying the competitive advantages of IMU Studios Inc. - Determining the potential threats posed by each competitor. - Developing strategies to mitigate the threats and capitalize on the advantages.
Manifesting IMU Studios Inc. Video Game Business Plans
The main goal of this project is to manifest the video game business plans of IMU Studios Inc. This includes developing the Virtual Goods product line as planned, establishing the Influencer Marketing Tool, and driving gamers to the online marketplace to redeem game gear codes. This will involve several different steps for the students, including: - Driving the development of our Virtual Goods marketplace product line as planned. - Testing the developing marketplace and making improvements based on feedback. - Establishing the Influencer Marketing Tool based on scripts and storyboards - Drive gamers to the online marketplace by expanding our Influencer Marketing Tool use

Students should be prepared to: Execute and evaluate our current recruitment and selection procedures. Run our hiring systems and processes, based on best practices and our organizational needs. Consider the use of ongoing communications, assessment exercises, and standardized interview practices. Present a revised hiring methodology for our organization to adopt, with references for solutions
Student Staffing & Research Assistants
Number of individual students required: 5 students The research assistants will support the research initiatives under the guidance of the research faculty. Areas of inquiry including: Team reviews and assistant inquiries, direct online communications, phone calls, emails, research and presentations of data, review and updating online documentations, social media promotion, and activities. The project may include, but is not limited to: Planning and performing the outlines and looking after data retrieval and analysis using existing tools and methods. Responsible for tasks in relation to data sharing. Working with senior level in the design and execution of empirical tests. Supports the project/study by surveying the game development team and using existing tools to generate data. Conducting literature reviews and contributing to the development of research projects. Writing reports and assisting with writing grant applications.

You bring our characters to life, creating their movements for data capture. Responsibilities Your work is to discover and expand movements, poses, and form that is unique to each character. To prepare those ideas, listen to direction, and then perform those movements to the best of your ability. Because we are moving into our streaming television series, our animation team can no longer keep up with the amount of data we need to regularly produce. They will move to clean up your captured performances, to complete the actions required in our storyboards and scripts. You will have a deep passion for games, love movies and inspiring stories, understanding how to take our animations to the next level. You will be a self-starter who gets the job done well. We've got an App "Vision Document" and App mockup images. However, I believe, we need to take this to the next level to make it more entertaining than just a marketplace for game gear. We've done the GDD for our PC game, however, I am not an App gamer, and I feel that the App can be designed into more of an entertaining game than I have first envisioned.
